ATTENTION: Beginning Tax Year 2022 The Dallam County Appraisal District will no longer collect the DISD and City of Dalhart taxes for properties located in Hartley County. Hartley County Appraisal District will begin billing for these entities. If your property is located in Hartley County you will no longer receive a tax bill from Dallam CAD.

Dallam Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Dallam County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).
